At Leather Expressions Furniture, we stand behind the quality of our premium leather pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the furniture is in its original, unused condition and securely packaged in the original wrapping to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Pickup or Shipping

  Arrange for a specialized furniture carrier to collect the item or drop it off at an authorized shipping center using the provided return labels.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
